     Robert Needham was the son of Thomas Needham and Anne Talbot.1 He married Frances Aston, daughter of Sir Edward Aston and Jane Bowles.1 He died on 18 December 1603.1
     He inherited the Shavington estate from his cousins.1 He was Vice-President of the Council of Wales.1 He lived at Shenton, Adderley, Shropshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Shropshire in 1564.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Shropshire in 1586.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Shropshire in 1595.1
