     Sir John David Rees, 1st Bt. was born on 16 December 1854.² He was the son of Ludowick William Rees and Ann Jones.² He married Hon. Mary Catherine Dormer, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Hon. James Charlemange Dormer and Ella Frances Catherine Alison, on 9 September 1891.¹ He died on 2 June 1922 at age 67.²
     He was with the Madras Civil Service in 1873.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1890.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Montgomery between 1906 and 1910.² He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1908.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.) in 1910.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Nottingham between 1912 and 1922.¹ He was chairman of British Central Africa.² He was created 1st Baronet Rees, of Aylwards Chase, co. Middlesex [U.K.] on 8 May 1919.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)²

     John Hubert Aloysius Dormer was born on 13 January 1874.¹ He was the son of Hon. Hubert Francis Dormer and Mary Jane Elizabeth Digby.¹ He married Virginia Sinclair Tankerville-Chamberlaine Bey, daughter of Charles Tankerville-Chamberlaine Bey, in 1900.¹ He died on 9 August 1946 at age 72.¹

     Virginia Sinclair Tankerville-Chamberlaine Bey was the daughter of Charles Tankerville-Chamberlaine Bey.¹ She married John Hubert Aloysius Dormer, son of Hon. Hubert Francis Dormer and Mary Jane Elizabeth Digby, in 1900.¹ She died on 24 June 1956.¹
     Her married name became Dormer.

     Charles Tankerville-Chamberlaine Bey lived at 65 Avenue D'Iena, Paris, France^G.¹

     Kenelm Everard Dormer was born on 22 February 1879.¹ He was the son of Hon. Hubert Francis Dormer and Mary Jane Elizabeth Digby.¹ He married Josephene Sarah Toohey, daughter of Hon. John T. Toohey, on 14 April 1910.¹ He died on 28 May 1935 at age 56.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Guards (Special Reserve.)¹

     Josephene Sarah Toohey was the daughter of Hon. John T. Toohey.¹ She married Kenelm Everard Dormer, son of Hon. Hubert Francis Dormer and Mary Jane Elizabeth Digby, on 14 April 1910.¹ She died on 23 May 1965.¹
     Her married name became Dormer.

     Hon. John T. Toohey held the office of Member of the Legislative Council (M.L.C.) [New South Wales]¹ He lived at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Robert Stanhope Dormer was born on 18 August 1880.² He was the son of Hon. Hubert Francis Dormer and Mary Jane Elizabeth Digby.² He married Ebba Harline d'Iberville Le Moyne Whyte, daughter of Captain Charles Cecil Beresford Whyte, on 14 February 1927.¹ He died on 28 July 1960 at age 79.²
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Guards (Special Reserve.)² He was awarded the Commander, Order of St. Olaf.²

     Ebba Harline d'Iberville Le Moyne Whyte was the daughter of Captain Charles Cecil Beresford Whyte.² She married, firstly, Sir Everard Alexander Hambro, son of Charles Joachim Hambro, Baron Hambro and Caroline Maria Gostenhofer, on 16 June 1911.¹ She married, secondly, Robert Stanhope Dormer, son of Hon. Hubert Francis Dormer and Mary Jane Elizabeth Digby, on 14 February 1927.² She died on 5 November 1961.¹
     From 16 June 1911, her married name became Hambro.¹ From 14 February 1927, her married name became Dormer.²
