Sir John Wingfield was the son of Sir John Wingfield and Elizabeth FitzLewis.1 He married Ann Touchet, daughter of John Tuchet, 6th Baron Audley (of Heleigh) and Anne Echingham.2
In 1483 he was attainted.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk and Suffolk in 1483.1 In 1485 he was restored in blood after the Battle of Bosworth.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk and Suffolk in 1497.1

Sir Robert Cann, 1st Bt. was born circa 1630.1 He was the son of William Cann and Margaret Yeamans.1 He married, firstly, Cecilia Hooke, daughter of Humphrey Hooke.1 He married, secondly, Anne Popley, daughter of W. Popley.1 He died in November 1685.1 He was buried at St. Walburgh's Church, Bristol, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 16 November 1685.1
He held the office of Mayor of Bristol in 1662.1 He was appointed Knight on 22 April 1662.1 He was created 1st Baronet Cann, of Compton Greenfield, co. Gloucester [England] on 13 September 1662.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire from 1670 to 1671.1 He held the office of Mayor of Bristol in 1675.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bristol between 1678 and 28 October 1681.1 His last will was dated 9 August 1681.

Sir Robert Wingfield was the son of Sir John Wingfield and Elizabeth FitzLewis.2 He married Joan Poynings, daughter of Sir Edward Poynings, after 4 July 1519.1 He died on 16 March 1539, without issue.2
In 1497 he helped suppress the Cornish rebels.2 He was Envoy to Emperor Maximilian, Holy Roman Empire before January 1508.2 Before 2 July 1509 he was granted the manor of Orford, Suffolk.2 He was appointed Knight before 2 July 1509.2 He was Envoy to Emperor Maximilian, Holy Roman Empire in February 1511.2 He was Chancellor and Knight of the Body on 10 February 1511.2 He was Ambassador to the Lateran Council in August 1511.2 He held the office of Lieutenant of Calais between July 1513 and 1520, jointly.2 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1520.2 He held the office of Ambassador to the Holy Roman Empire in 1521.2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) before December 1521.2 He held the office of Ambassador to Margaret of Savoy in 1522.2 He held the office of Lieutenant of Calais between 1526 and 1531.2 He held the office of Mayor of Calis in 1534.2 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Holy Sepulchre (K.H.S.)
