     From 21 July 1842, her married name became Martin.1

     Reverend George Martin was born in 1791.2 He was the son of Reverend Joseph Martin and Isabella Sturges.2,3 He married, firstly, Lady Charlotte Sophia Eliot, daughter of William Eliot, 2nd Earl of Saint Germans and Lady Georgiana Augusta Leveson-Gower, in July 1825.4 He married, secondly, Renira Henrietta Aldenburg Bentinck, daughter of Vice-Admiral William Bentinck and Lady Frances Augusta Eliza Pierrepont, on 21 July 1842 at London, England.1,2 He died on 27 August 1860.1
     He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1813 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He held the office of Canon Residentiary of Exeter in 1815.1 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1818 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was Vicar between 1820 and 1860 at Harberton, Devon, England.2
