Reverend Theophilus Henry Hastings was baptised on 7 October 1728.1,2 He was the son of Henry Hastings and Elizabeth Hudson.1 He married, firstly, unknown Pratt.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Warner in 1798.1 He died on 2 April 1804 at age 75, without surviving issue.1
He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was the Vicar at Osgathorpe, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 He was the Vicar at Belton, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 He was the Rector at Little Leake, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 11th Earl of Huntingdon [E., 1529], de jure, by the subsequent decision of the House of Lords in 1819.1
