Sir Richard Howe, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Richard Grubman Howe, 2nd Bt. and Anne King.1 He married Mary Thynne, daughter of Sir Henry Frederick Thynne, 1st Bt. and Hon. Mary Coventry, on 12 August 1673.1 He died on 3 July 1730.1
