     Ellie Maude Moses was the daughter of Hon. Henry Moses.² She married, firstly, Captain Charles Edward Bancroft, son of Marie Effie Wilton, on 1 August 1900 at Hong Kong^G.^1,3 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Sir Horace Westropp McMahon, 5th Bt., son of General Sir Thomas Westropp McMahon, 3rd Bt. and Frances Mary Holford, on 3 May 1911.¹ She died on 21 December 1969.¹
     From 1 August 1900, her married name became Bancroft. From 3 May 1911, her married name became McMahon.¹

     Francis Yorke McMahon was born on 16 December 1864.¹ He was the son of General Sir Thomas Westropp McMahon, 3rd Bt. and Frances Mary Holford.² He died on 6 July 1897 at age 32, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Dragoons.¹

     Brig.-Gen. Norman Reginald McMahon was born on 24 January 1866.¹ He was the son of General Sir Thomas Westropp McMahon, 3rd Bt. and Frances Mary Holford.² He died on 11 November 1914 at age 48, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Burma Expedition between 1886 and 1887.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was Lieutenant-Colonel.¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier-General and GSO(1.)¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Frances Mary Holford McMahon was born on 25 March 1867.¹ She was the daughter of General Sir Thomas Westropp McMahon, 3rd Bt. and Frances Mary Holford.² She married Captain John Wreford Julian Hardman, son of Frederick Hardman, on 3 January 1888.¹ She died on 18 June 1926 at age 59.¹
     From 3 January 1888, her married name became Hardman. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.¹

     Captain John Wreford Julian Hardman was the son of Frederick Hardman.² He married Frances Mary Holford McMahon, daughter of General Sir Thomas Westropp McMahon, 3rd Bt. and Frances Mary Holford, on 3 January 1888.¹ He died on 30 May 1900.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Royal Dragoons.¹

     Frederick Hislop McMahon was born on 27 August 1817.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Thomas McMahon, 2nd Bt. and Emily Anne Westropp.² He died on 30 April 1827 at age 9.¹

     Adolphus McMahon was born on 14 August 1821.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Thomas McMahon, 2nd Bt. and Emily Anne Westropp.² He died on 14 September 1829 at age 8.¹

     William McMahon was born on 3 December 1825.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Thomas McMahon, 2nd Bt. and Emily Anne Westropp.² He married Julia Coster, daughter of James Coster, on 6 March 1854.¹ He died on 27 February 1916 at age 90.¹

     James Coster lived at Streatham, Surrey, England^G.¹
