     Susannah Norris was the daughter of Edward Norris.¹ She married Hugh Williams, son of John Williams and Catherine Owen.¹
     Her married name became Williams.

     Edward Norris held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liverpool.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹

     Lieutenant Frederick John Christison was born on 8 December 1894.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Christison, 2nd Bt. and Florence Elworthy.¹ He died on 2 December 1915 at age 20, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Adjutant in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.¹

     General Sir Alexander Frank Philip Christison, 4th Bt. was born on 17 November 1893.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Christison, 2nd Bt. and Florence Elworthy.¹ He married, firstly, Elizabeth Mitchell in 1916.² He married, secondly, Vida Wallace-Smith in 1974.² He died on 21 December 1993 at age 100 at Melrose, Roxburghshire, Scotland.²
     General Sir Alexander Frank Philip Christison, 4th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Philip.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1915.³ He fought in the Second World War.² He wrote the book Birds of Northern Baluchistan, published 1940.² He was commanding officer of the 23rd and 15th Indian Corps between 1942 and 1945.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1943.³ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1944. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1945.³ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Christison on 15 May 1945. He wrote the book Birds of Arakan, published 1946.² He gained the rank of General in 1947.⁴ He was Colonel of the 10th Princess Mary's Own Gurkha Rifles between 1947 and 1957.² He was Colonel of the Duke of Wellington's Regiment between 1947 and 1957.² He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 1948.³ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.

     Sir Robert Alexander Christison, 3rd Bt. was born on 23 February 1870.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Christison, 2nd Bt. and Jemima Anne Brown.¹ He died on 15 May 1945 at age 75, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Christison on 14 October 1918.

     Louisa Margaret Verschoyle was the daughter of Richard John Verschoyle.¹ She married Sir Malby Crofton, 3rd Bt., son of Henry Bliss Crofton and Sophia Horsfall, on 18 August 1880.¹ She died on 20 June 1941.¹
     From 18 August 1880, her married name became Crofton.¹

     Captain Thomas Horsfall Crofton was born on 3 October 1889.¹ He was the son of Sir Malby Crofton, 3rd Bt. and Louisa Margaret Verschoyle.¹ He died on 21 March 1918 at age 28, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Connaught Rangers.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Mabel Gordon Anderson was the daughter of Francis Anderson.² She married Sir William John Crossley, 1st Bt., son of Francis Crossley and Elizabeth Helen Irwin, on 20 April 1876.¹ She died on 30 April 1943.¹
     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancshire.¹ From 20 April 1876, her married name became Crossley.¹

     Lieutenant Brian Crossley was born on 5 April 1886.¹ He was the son of Sir William John Crossley, 1st Bt. and Mabel Gordon Anderson.¹ He married Margaret Lilian Sidebotham, daughter of Joseph Watson Sidebotham and Marian Dowling, on 1 July 1913.¹ He died on 18 May 1915 at age 29, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, Highland Light Infantry.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Margaret Lilian Sidebotham was born in 1891 at Bowden, Cheshire, England.² She was the daughter of Joseph Watson Sidebotham and Marian Dowling.^1,2 She married Lieutenant Brian Crossley, son of Sir William John Crossley, 1st Bt. and Mabel Gordon Anderson, on 1 July 1913.¹ She died on 8 April 1914.¹
     From 1 July 1913, her married name became Crossley.¹
