     Aileen Monson is the daughter of Frederick John Monson.¹

     Penelope Madan was the daughter of Colonel Martin Madan and Judith Cowper. She married Hon. Sir Alexander Maitland, 1st Bt., son of Charles Maitland, 6th Earl of Lauderdale and Lady Elizabeth Ogilvy, on 6 July 1754.¹ She died on 22 December 1805.¹
     From 6 July 1754, her married name became Maitland.

     Colonel Martin Madan married Judith Cowper, daughter of Sir William Cowper, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Holled.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Foot Guards.² He was Groom of the Bedchamber to Frederick, Prince of Wales.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹

     Sir Alexander Charles Maitland, 2nd Bt. was born on 21 August 1755.¹ He was the son of Hon. Sir Alexander Maitland, 1st Bt. and Penelope Madan.² He married Helen Gibson-Wright, daughter of Alexander Gibson-Wright of Cliftonhall and Kersie and Margaret Gibson, on 30 April 1785.² He died on 7 February 1848 at age 92.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Maitland, of Clifton, Midlothian [U.K., 1818] on 14 February 1820.¹

     Margaret Gibson is the daughter of John Gibson and Helen Carmichael.¹ She married Alexander Gibson-Wright of Cliftonhall and Kersie, son of Thomas Gibson and unknown Wright, on 29 January 1768.²
     From 29 January 1768, her married name became Gibson-Wright.

     Julie Goldsmith married Patrick Leo Brer Hore-Ruthven, 3rd Earl of Gowrie, son of Alexander Patrick Greysteil Hore-Ruthven, 2nd Earl of Gowrie and Alexandra Bingley, in February 1990.¹
     From February 1990, her married name became Hore-Ruthven.¹ After her marriage, Julie Goldsmith was styled as Countess of Gowrie on 24 September 2021.

     Hon. Heatcote Patrick Cornelius Hore Hore-Ruthven was born on 28 May 1990.¹ He is the son of Patrick Leo Brer Hore-Ruthven, 3rd Earl of Gowrie and Julie Goldsmith.¹

     Ianthe Hodgkinson is the daughter of Commander Robert Hugh Hodgkinson and Wenda Ward-Jackson.^1,2 She married Malise Walter Maitland Knox Hore-Ruthven, son of Major Hon. Alexander Hardinge Patrick Hore-Ruthven and Pamela Margaret Fletcher, in 1967.¹
     From 1967, her married name became Hore-Ruthven.¹

     Commander Robert Hugh Hodgkinson was born on 30 January 1912.² He was the son of Colonel George Holden Hodgkinson and Eleanor Kearsley.³ He married Wenda Ward-Jackson in 1939.³ He died in January 1996 at Poole, Dorset, England.²
     Commander Robert Hugh Hodgkinson usually went by his middle name of Hugh.¹ He fought in the Second World War.³ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) and bar.³ He was the headmaster at Milton Abbey School, Milton Abbas, Dorset, England^G.³

     Chloe Hore-Ruthven was born in 1969.¹ She is the daughter of Malise Walter Maitland Knox Hore-Ruthven and Ianthe Hodgkinson.¹
