Edward Barnston Crawley-Boevey was born on 29 March 1844.1 He was the son of Sir Martin Hyde Crawley-Boevey, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Daubeny.2 He married Katherine Power, daughter of Reverend Henry Bolton Power, on 11 June 1884.1 He died on 5 May 1888 at age 44, without issue.1

General Sir Robert Phayre was born on 22 January 1820.2 He was the son of Richard Phayre and Mary Ridgeway.2 He married Diana Bunbury Thompson, daughter of Arnold Thompson, in 1846.2 He died on 28 January 1897 at age 77 at London, England.2
