     George Gray was born on 19 August 1814.2 He married Elizabeth Emily Sophia Stannus, daughter of Very Rev. James Stannus and Elizabeth Borrowes, on 8 February 1866.1 He died on 14 March 1879 at age 64.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Graymount, County Antrim, IrelandG.1

     Lt.-Col. Thomas Robert Alexander Stannus was born on 29 September 1870.1 He was the son of James John Stannus and Rose Mary Armstrong.1 He married Elizabeth Graydon Smith, daughter of Captain John Graydon Smith, on 5 March 1895.1 He died on 17 July 1917 at age 46, from wounds received in action.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901, where he was severely wounded.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Antrim.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He lived at Carlingford, County Louth, IrelandG.1 He lived at The Elms, Portarlington, County Laois, IrelandG.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1

Catherine Letitia Stannus1

     Catherine Letitia Stannus was the daughter of James John Stannus and Rose Mary Armstrong.1 She married Nicholson Pim in 1905.1 She died on 1 February 1940, without issue.1
     From 1905, her married name became Pim.1

     From 5 March 1895, her married name became Stannus.1

Thomas Robert Alexander Stannus and Elizabeth Graydon Smith.1 He married, firstly, Kathleen Evelina Macgowan, daughter of George Lionel Macgowan, on 16 April 1929.1 He married, secondly, Eliza Rennie Batchelor, daughter of David George Gray Batchelor, after 1959.1 He died on 21 September 1970 at age 70.1
     He was educated at St. Paul's School, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was commissioned in 1919, in the service of the Royal Munster Fusiliers.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1922 in the Lancashire Fusiliers.1 He fought in the North-West Frontier.1 He fought in the Second World War, in France and Burma.1 He was commanding officer of the 10th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers.1 He was commanding officer of the 2nd Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers.1 He retired from the military in 1948.1

Haweis James, on 18 October 1929.1 He and Frances Louise Breger Haweis James were divorced in 1933.1 He married, secondly, Jacqueline Compton Coningsby-Clarke, daughter of Robert Coningsby-Clarke, on 17 September 1945.1 He and Jacqueline Compton Coningsby-Clarke were divorced in 1946.1
