     Brigadier Rupert Norton Harding-Newman was born on 5 December 1907.¹ He was the son of Francis Robert Harding-Newman.¹ He married Kathleen Muriel Scale, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Dymoke Scale, on 15 November 1939.¹ He died on 22 October 2007 at age 99.²
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1942.¹

     Kathleen Muriel Scale was born circa 1914.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Dymoke Scale.¹ She married Brigadier Rupert Norton Harding-Newman, son of Francis Robert Harding-Newman, on 15 November 1939.¹ She died on 16 February 2006.²
     From 15 November 1939, her married name became Harding-Newman.¹

     Lt.-Col. John Dymoke Scale was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Patricia Anne Harding-Newman was born on 23 September 1944.¹ She is the daughter of Brigadier Rupert Norton Harding-Newman and Kathleen Muriel Scale.¹ She married Major John D. Harris on 16 November 2011 at Dorchester, Dorset, England.²
     Her married name became de Chair.³ From 16 November 2011, her married name became Harris.²

     Elizabeth Josephine Harding-Newman was born on 23 September 1944.¹ She is the daughter of Brigadier Rupert Norton Harding-Newman and Kathleen Muriel Scale.¹
     Her married name became Gardner.²

     Dominic Laurence Carden Wallis married Alison Catherine MacGregor, daughter of Stuart Wallace MacGregor and Evelyn Susan McDouall, in 1998.¹

     Samuel James Carden Wallis was born in September 1999.¹ He is the son of Dominic Laurence Carden Wallis and Alison Catherine MacGregor.¹

     Alec William Carden Wallis was born in February 2001.¹ He is the son of Dominic Laurence Carden Wallis and Alison Catherine MacGregor.¹
