     Sir Thomas Hales, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Hales, 2nd Bt. and Mary Pym. He married Mary Marsham, daughter of Sir Robert Marsham, 4th Bt. and Margaret Bosville, on 22 June 1723.1,2 He died on 6 October 1762.2
     He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Hales.

Anne Duncombe was the daughter of Anthony Duncombe, 1st and last Lord Feversham, Baron of Downton and Anne Hales.2 She married Jacob Pleydell-Bouverie, 2nd Earl of Radnor, son of William de Bouverie, 1st Earl of Radnor and Harriet Pleydell, on 24 January 1777.2 She died on 14 October 1829.2
     After her marriage, Hon. Anne Duncombe was styled as Countess of Radnor on 24 January 1777. From 24 January 1777, her married name became Pleydell-Bouverie.

     William Pleydell-Bouverie, 3rd Earl of Radnor was born on 11 May 1779.1 He was the son of Jacob Pleydell-Bouverie, 2nd Earl of Radnor and Hon. Anne Duncombe.2 He married, firstly, Lady Catherine Pelham-Clinton, daughter of Henry Fiennes Pelham-Clinton, Earl of Lincoln and Lady Frances Seymour-Conway, on 2 October 1801.2 He married, secondly, Judith Anne St. John-Mildmay, daughter of Sir Henry Paulet St. John-Mildmay, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mildmay, on 24 May 1814.2 He died on 9 April 1869 at age 89 at Coleshill House, Berkshire, England.2,3
     He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)      Henry Fiennes Pelham-Clinton, Earl of Lincoln was born on 5 November 1750.1 He was the son of Henry Pelham-Clinton, 2nd Duke of Newcastle-under-Lyne and Catherine Pelham.1 He married Lady Frances Seymour-Conway, daughter of Francis Seymour-Conway, 1st Marquess of Hertford and Lady Isabella Fitzroy, on 21 May 1775.1 He died on 18 October 1778 at age 27.1

     Sir Henry Paulet St. John-Mildmay, 3rd Bt. was born on 30 September 1764.2 He was the son of Sir Henry Paulet St. John, 2nd Bt. and Dorothy Maria Tucker.3 He married Jane Mildmay, daughter of Carew Mildmay and Jane Pescod, on 22 June 1786.2 He died on 11 November 1808 at age 44.2
