     Hon. George Shirley was born on 23 October 1705.¹ He was the son of Robert Shirley, 1st Earl Ferrers and Selina Finch.² He married Mary Sturt, daughter of Humphrey Sturt, on 28 December 1749.¹ He died on 22 October 1787 at age 81.¹
     He lived at Ettington, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Mary Sturt was the daughter of Humphrey Sturt.² She married Hon. George Shirley, son of Robert Shirley, 1st Earl Ferrers and Selina Finch, on 28 December 1749.¹ She died on 22 October 1787.¹
     From 28 December 1749, her married name became Shirley.

     David Pike Watts-Russell is the son of Jesse Watts-Russell and Mary Watts.¹

     Phillis Byam Wollaston was the daughter of Charlton Wollaston.² She married Evelyn Shirley, son of Hon. George Shirley and Mary Sturt, on 3 July 1781.¹ She died on 22 June 1836.¹
     From 3 July 1781, her married name became Shirley.

     John Charles Watts-Russell was born in 1825 at Ilam Hall, Staffordshire, England.² He was the son of Jesse Watts-Russell and Mary Watts.¹ He married Elizabeth Rose Rebecca Bradshaw in 1850.² He died on 2 April 1875 at Christchurch, New Zealand.² He was buried at Upper Riccarton Church, Christchurch, New Zealand.²

     Rex Antony Octavian Hofmannsthal was born on 2 May 2008.¹ He is the son of Rodolphe Thomas Hugo von Hofmannsthal and Lady Frances Armstrong-Jones.¹

     Evelyn Philip Shirley was born on 22 January 1812.¹ He was the son of Evelyn John Shirley and Eliza Stanhope.² He married Mary Clara Elizabeth Lechmere, daughter of Sir Edmund Hungerford Lechmere, 2nd Bt. and Maria Clara Murray, on 4 August 1842.¹ He died on 19 September 1882 at age 70.¹
