John Morrogh Bernard was born on 19 March 1819.1 He was the son of Edward Morrogh and Martha Bernard.1 He married Frances Mary Blount, daughter of Joseph Blount, on 18 March 1841.1 He died on 22 August 1866 at age 47.1
