Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Toler MacMorrough Kavanagh was born on 25 March 1864.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Arthur MacMorrough Kavanagh, The MacMorrough and Mary Frances Forde-Leathley.1 He married Mary Perry, daughter of Samuel Perry, in 1895.1 He died on 11 October 1950 at age 86.1
