     Gertrude Sarah Wood was the daughter of Frederick Wood.¹ She married John Barrington Legge, son of Reverend Hugh Legge and Bessie Pether, on 4 December 1940.¹ She died on 11 October 2002.¹
     From 4 December 1940, her married name became Legge.¹
