Field Marshal Herbert Charles Onslow Plumer, 1st Viscount Plumer was born on 13 March 1857.1 He was the son of Hall Plumer and Louisa Alice Hudson Turnley.1 He married Annie Constance Goss, daughter of George Goss, on 22 July 1884.1 He died on 16 July 1932 at age 75.1
