Charlotte Maria Boland was the daughter of Colonel John Boland.1 She married, firstly, Lt.-Gen. John Keane, 1st Baron Keane, son of Sir John Keane, 1st Bt. and Sarah Kelly, on 20 August 1840 at All Saints' Church, Southampton, Hampshire, England.1,2 She married, secondly, William Pigott, son of Sir George Pigott, 1st Bt. and Annabella Kelly, on 18 October 1847 at Newmarket, Cambridgeshire, England.3,2 She died on 8 September 1884.3
After her marriage, Charlotte Maria Boland was styled as Baroness Keane on 20 August 1840. From 20 August 1840, her married name became Keane.1 From 18 October 1847, her married name became Pigott.3
