     Edward Jervis Jervis, 2nd Viscount Saint Vincent of Meaford was born on 1 April 1767.2 He was the son of William Henry Ricketts and Mary Jervis.3,2 He married, firstly, Hon. Mary Cassandra Twisleton, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Thomas Twisleton, 7th Baron Saye and Sele and Elizabeth Turner, on 29 January 1790.1 He and Hon. Mary Cassandra Twisleton were divorced in 1799.1 He married, secondly, Mary Anne Parker, daughter of Thomas Parker and Mary Hawe, on 14 April 1810.2 He died in 1859.3
     He was given the name of Edward Jervis Ricketts at birth.2 He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.2 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He was a practising barrister in 1797.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Saint Vincent of Meaford, co. Stafford [U.K., 1801] on 13 March 1823.1 On 7 May 1823 his name was legally changed to Edward Jervis Jervis by Royal Licence.3

Thomas Twisleton, 7th Baron Saye and Sele and Elizabeth Turner.2 She married, firstly, Edward Jervis Jervis, 2nd Viscount Saint Vincent of Meaford, son of William Henry Ricketts and Mary Jervis, on 29 January 1790.1 She and Edward Jervis Jervis, 2nd Viscount Saint Vincent of Meaford were divorced in 1799.1 She married, secondly, Richard Charles Head Graves on 30 January 1806.1 She died in June 1843.1
     From 29 January 1790, her married name became Ricketts.1 From 30 January 1806, her married name became Graves.1
