     Charles Ernest Knight was born on 13 October 1836.¹ He was the son of Edward Knight and Mary Dorothea Knatchbull.¹ He died on 2 October 1855 at age 18 at Sevastopol, Russia^G.¹
     He fought in the Crimean War.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 77th Regiment of Foot.¹

     Johanna Burley was the daughter of Sir William Burley and Alice Grey.^1,2 She married, firstly, Sir Philip Chetwynd, son of Richard Chetwynd and Thomasina Frodsham, in 1442.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Lyttelton, son of Thomas Westcote and Elizabeth de Luttleton, after 1444.³ She died on 22 March 1505.³
     She was also known as Joan Burley.³ From 1442, her married name became Chetwynd. From after 1444, her married name became Lyttelton.³

     John Chetwynd was the son of Sir William Chetwynd and Aline St. Paul.² He died in 1445.¹
     He lived at Alspath, England^G.¹

     Thomas Chetwynd was the son of John Chetwynd.² He died in 1451.¹
