Anne Rothe was the daughter of John Rothe.2 She married Reverend Hans Caulfeild, son of Reverend Charles Caulfeild and Margaret Wood, on 13 March 1803.1 She died on 13 April 1852.1

Rt. Rev. Charles Caulfeild was born in 1804.1 He was the son of Reverend Hans Caulfeild and Anne Rothe.2 He married Grace Anne St. George, daughter of Sir Richard Bligh St. George, 2nd Bt. and Bridget Blakeney, on 6 February 1832.2 He died on 4 September 1862.1

Charles Edward St. George Caulfeild, 9th Viscount Charlemont was born on 12 July 1887.1 He was the son of Hans St. George Caulfeild and Emily Bertha James.2 He married Mabel Hawthorn, daughter of James Frederick William Hawthorn, on 2 September 1911.1 He died on 18 January 1964 at age 76, without male issue.1
He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1916 in the Royal Flying Corps.1 He held the office of Minister of National Service between 1917 and 1918.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He succeeded as the 13th Lord Caulfeild, Baron of Charlemont, co. Armagh [I., 1620] on 30 August 1949. He succeeded as the 9th Viscount Charlemont, co. Armagh [I., 1665] on 30 August 1949.1
