Catherine Prittie was born circa 1710.1 She was the daughter of Henry Prittie and Elizabeth Harrison.1 She married, firstly, Sir Richard Meade, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Meade, 1st Bt. and Hon. Elizabeth Butler, in 1736.2 She married, secondly, Sir Henry Cavendish, 1st Bt., son of William Cavendish and Mary Tyrrell, on 4 October 1748.1,3 She died on 21 March 1779.1 Her will was proven (by probate) on 12 April 1779.1
From 1736, her married name became Meade. From 4 October 1748, her married name became Cavendish.1
