     William Power Trench was born on 24 October 1771 at Galway, County Galway, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Venerable William Trench and Anne Colpoys.^1,2 He married Janet Stewart, daughter of William Stewart, on 4 January 1803.¹ He died on 30 June 1848 at age 76 at Belleview, Jamaica^G.¹

     Janet Stewart was the daughter of William Stewart.¹ She married William Power Trench, son of Venerable William Trench and Anne Colpoys, on 4 January 1803.¹ She died in 1864 at Clarendon, Jamaica^G.¹
     From 4 January 1803, her married name became Trench.¹

     John Power Trench was born in 1818 at Clarendon, Jamaica^G.¹ He was the son of William Power Trench and Janet Stewart.¹ He married Sarah Wilstrop.¹ He died in 1859 at Jamaica^G.¹

     Sarah Wilstrop was born in 1822.¹ She married John Power Trench, son of William Power Trench and Janet Stewart.¹ She died in 1912.¹
     Her married name became Trench.¹

     Colonel Stewart John Le Poer Trench was born in 1855 at Jamaica^G.² He was the son of John Power Trench and Sarah Wilstrop.² He married Lucy Hickman, daughter of Sir Alfred Hickman, 1st Bt. and Lucy Owen Smith, on 12 December 1877.² He died on 11 July 1919.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Duke of Wellington Regiment (West Riding.)²

     Lucy Hickman was the daughter of Sir Alfred Hickman, 1st Bt. and Lucy Owen Smith.^1,2 She married Colonel Stewart John Le Poer Trench, son of John Power Trench and Sarah Wilstrop, on 12 December 1877.¹ She died on 13 June 1936.³
     From 12 December 1877, her married name became Trench.¹

     Sir Alfred Hickman, 1st Bt. was born on 3 July 1830.² He was the son of George Rushbury Hickman and Mary Haden.³ He married Lucy Owen Smith, daughter of William Smith, on 10 June 1850.² He died on 11 March 1910 at age 79.³
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Wolverhampton between 1885 and 1886.² He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1891.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for West Wolverhampton between 1892 and 1906.⁴ He was chairman of Alfred Hickman.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He was created 1st Baronet Hickman, of Wightwick, Tettenhall, co. Staffs [U.K.] on 25 August 1903.²
