     Sir William Johnson, 1st Bt. was born in 1715.³ He was the son of Christopher Johnson and Anne Warren.³ He married Catherine Weisenberg, daughter of John Weisenberg, in 1739 in a common-law marriage.³ He died on 11 July 1774 at Johnstown, New York, U.S.A.^3,2
     In 1738 he went to manage the estate of his maternal uncle, Vice-Admiral Sir Peter Warren, on the Mohawk River, North America.³ He was Colonel-in-Chief of the Six Nations in 1744.³ He was Colonel of the Militia Forces and Iroquois. He fought in the Battle of Lake George in 1755, where he defeated the French.³ He was sole superintendent of the affairs of the Six Nations in 1755.³ He gained the rank of Major-General on 27 November 1755.³ He was created 1st Baronet Johnson, of New York, in North America [Great Britain] on 27 November 1755.³ He fought in the Capture of Fort Niagara in 1759.

     Mary Johnson was born in 1763.² She was the daughter of Colonel Guy Johnson and Mary Johnson.¹ She married Lt.-Gen. Colin Campbell, son of John Campbell and Ann Carolina Campbell.¹ She died in 1832.¹
     Her married name became Campbell.

     Elizabeth Daniel is the daughter of William Daniel and Mary Maddocks.¹ She married Philip Stanhope, son of Philip Stanhope and Eugenia Peters, on 28 May 1790 at St. Michael's Church, Bristol, England^G.¹
     From 28 May 1790, her married name became Stanhope.¹

     William Daniel was born in 1728 at Bristol, England^G.¹ He married Mary Maddocks. He died in 1804 at Bristol, England^G.¹
