Blanche Harriet Emma Harris was born in 1851 at Christchurch, Hampshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Admiral Hon. Sir Edward Alfred John Harris and Emma Wylly Chambers.3,1 She married Francis Henry James Baillie, son of Rt. Hon. Colonel Henry James Baillie and Hon. Philippa Eliza Sydney Smythe, on 1 September 1877.1 She died on 13 April 1911.1

Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Grant was born on 15 January 1780 at Kidderpore, West Bengal, IndiaG.2 He was the son of Charles Grant and Jane Fraser.2 He married Margaret Davidson, daughter of Sir David Davidson, on 11 August 1829.2 He died on 9 July 1838 at age 58.2
