     Brook William Bridges, 1st and last Baron Fitzwalter of Woodham Walter was born on 2 June 1801 at Goodneston, Kent, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Brook William Bridges, 4th Bt. and Eleanor Foote.1 He married Fanny Cage, daughter of Lewis Cage and Fanny Bridges, on 4 July 1834.2 He died on 6 December 1875 at age 74 at Goodneston Park, Kent, EnglandG, without issue.2 He was also reported to have died on 6 September 1875.3
     He was educated in 1814 at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He matriculated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 13 February 1819.1 He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1822 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1827 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bridges, of Goodneston, co. Kent [G.B., 1718] on 21 April 1829.1 In 1841 he claimed the Barony of Fitzwalter, supposed created by writ of smmons in 1295. He proved himself heir to a moeity, although the abeyance was not terminated in his favour.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Kent between February 1852 and July 1852.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Kent between 1857 and 1868.1 He was created 1st Baron Fitzwalter of Woodham Walter, co. Essex [U.K.] on 17 April 1868.2
     On his death, his barony became extinct.2

     Fanny Cage was born circa 1793.1 She was the daughter of Lewis Cage and Fanny Bridges.1 She married Brook William Bridges, 1st and last Baron Fitzwalter of Woodham Walter, son of Sir Brook William Bridges, 4th Bt. and Eleanor Foote, on 4 July 1834.1 She died on 28 October 1874 at Goodneston Park, Kent, EnglandG.1
     From 4 July 1834, her married name became Bridges.1

     Reverend Sir Brook George Bridges, 6th Bt. was born on 12 October 1802 at Goodneston Park, Kent, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Brook William Bridges, 4th Bt. and Eleanor Foote.1 He married Louisa Chaplin, daughter of Charles Chaplin and Elizabeth Taylor, on 15 November 1832 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 1 April 1890 at age 87 at Goodneston Park, Kent, EnglandG, without legitimate issue.1
     He matriculated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 22 May 1821.1 He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1825 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was the Rector between 1827 and 1853 at Orlingbury, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1 He was the Rector between 1853 and 1878 at Blanckney, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Bridges, of Goodneston, co.      Lt.-Col. John Thomas Fane was born on 27 April 1790.1 He was the son of Hon. Thomas Fane and Anne Lowe.1 He married Marianne Shrimpton Jackson, daughter of John Mills Jackson, on 10 August 1816.1 He died in 1833.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lyme Regis.1 He had a son, who died without issue.1
