     Sir William Bowyer-Smijth, 12th Bt. was born on 1 September 1840.¹ He was the son of Sir William Bowyer-Smijth, 11th Bt. and Marianne Frances Meux.¹ He was baptised on 21 September 1840 at 13 Lower Grosvenor Street, London, England^G.¹ He died on 22 July 1916 at age 75, unmarried.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was in the Diplomatic Service in 1858.¹ He held the office of Third Secretary in 1863.¹ He held the office of Second Secretary to Constantinople between 1874 and 1881.¹ He held the office of Secretary of Legation to Yeddo between 1881 and 1883.¹ He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Smith, of Hill Hall, co. Essex [E., 1661] on 20 November 1883.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Essex in 1889.¹

     Brittany Heather Buxton was born on 25 May 1970.¹ She is the daughter of Glen Buxton and Djinn Virginia Ruffner.¹ She married Glenn Emery Bernard Crocker in March 2003.¹

     Glen Buxton was born on 10 November 1947 at Akron, Ohio, U.S.A.^G.² He died on 19 October 1997 at age 49 at Mason City, Iowa, U.S.A.^G, of complications from pneumonia.²
     He was guitarist for the rock-band, Alice Cooper.¹

     Mary Rose Helen Giedroyc is the daughter of Prince Michal Jan Henryk Giedroyc and Rosemary Virginia Anna Cumpston.^2,3 She married Sir Thomas Weyland Bowyer-Smyth, 15th Bt., son of Sir Philip Weyland Bowyer-Smyth, 14th Bt. and Veronica Mary Bower, on 25 July 1998.¹
     From 25 July 1998, her married name became Bowyer-Smyth.¹

     Casimir Stanley Giedroyc Bowyer-Smyth was born on 13 September 1997.¹ He is the son of Sir Thomas Weyland Bowyer-Smyth, 15th Bt. and Mary Rose Helen Giedroyc.¹

     Sir Philip Weyland Bowyer-Smyth, 14th Bt. was born on 4 February 1894.¹ He was the son of Clement Weyland Bowyer-Smijth and Edith Maude Gray.^1,2 He married, firstly, Margaret Joan McCowan, daughter of Samuel McCall McCowan, on 24 June 1922.¹ He and Margaret Joan McCowan were divorced in 1951.¹ He married, secondly, Veronica Mary Bower, daughter of Captain Cyril Whichelo Bower, on 9 June 1951. He died on 29 November 1978 at age 84 at London, England.^1,3
     He was given the name of Philip Weyland Bowyer-Smijth at birth.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.¹ He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Smith, of Hill Hall, co. Essex [E., 1661] on 4 August 1927.¹ On 4 August 1927 his name was legally changed to Philip Weyland Bowyer-Smyth.¹ He was Naval Attaché to Rome between 1938 and 1940.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded and mentioned in despatches.¹ He was Captain of the H.M.A.S. Perth between 1940 and 1941.¹ He was Director of Radio Equipment, Admiralty between 1943 and 1944.¹ He was Commodore of the fleet in East Africa between 1945 and 1946.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM King George VI in 1946.¹
