     Accidently drowned while bathing.¹

     Cairn Melvin Christian was born on 13 December 1917 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He is the son of Thornton Gilbert Christian and Marian Edith Young.¹

     Benjamin Norman Christian was born on 6 January 1921 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He was the son of Thornton Gilbert Christian and Marian Edith Young.¹ He married Irma Doreen Warren, daughter of Philip Anderson Calvert Warren and Emily Mabel Christian, at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He died in September 1992 at age 71 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹
     He was awarded the British Empire Medal (B.E.M.) in 1986.²

     Dennis Ray Christian was born on 2 April 1955 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He is the son of Benjamin Norman Christian and Irma Doreen Warren.¹
     He was the postmaster in 1995 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹

     Marlene Iona Christian was born on 3 February 1960 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ She is the daughter of Benjamin Norman Christian and Irma Doreen Warren.¹

     Robert Stanley Young was born on 28 September 1878 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Stanley Young and Rebecca Holman Ascension McCoy.¹ He died on 31 December 1907 at age 29 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹
     He was accidentally shot and killed while shooting goats with his friend,
Lance Christian, who fired the fatal shot.¹

     Ethel Virginia Young was born on 18 October 1882 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ She was the daughter of Benjamin Stanley Young and Rebecca Holman Ascension McCoy.¹ She married Sidney Elliot Atkins Christian, son of Elias Christian and Mary Elizabeth Young, at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ She died on 9 November 1966 at age 84 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹
     Her married name became Christian.¹

     Sidney Elliot Atkins Christian was born on 8 March 1880 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He was the son of Elias Christian and Mary Elizabeth Young.¹ He married Ethel Virginia Young, daughter of Benjamin Stanley Young and Rebecca Holman Ascension McCoy, at Pitcairn Island^G.¹

     Melville Elbert Christian was born on 17 December 1897 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He was the son of Sidney Elliot Atkins Christian and Ethel Virginia Young.¹ He married Ninette Irene Young, daughter of Charles Carleton Vieder Young and Alice Helena Christian, at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He died on 20 June 1973 at age 75 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹
