He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Warwick between 1664 and 1677.3 He held the office of Recorder of Warwick between 1677 and 1710.3 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Brooke of Beauchamps Court, co. Warwick [E., 1621] on 17 February 1676/77.3 He held the office of Recorder of Coventry between 1687 and 1706.3

Captain Frederick Henry Beresford Mainwaring-Burton was born on 24 August 1916.2 He was the son of Major William Mainwaring-Burton and Dorothy Constance Oliphant.2 He married Rose Ann Morgan Templeton, daughter of Robert Bryson Templeton, on 12 July 1950.2 He died in April 1997 at age 80 at Dorset, England.3
