Mary Constance Biddulph, on 18 July 1957.1 He died on 20 May 2014 at age 80.2
     He was given the name of Rupert Louis Ferdinand Frederick Constantine Lofredo Leopold Herbert Maximilian Hubert John Henry at birth.2
