Roberta Craigie was born in 1770.2 She was the daughter of David Craigie of Dumbarnie.1 She married Joseph Bell of Blackethouse, son of Benjamin Bell of Blackethouse and Grizel Hamilton, on 20 June 1809 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1,2 She died in 1820.2

Sir George Clerk of Penicuik, 4th Bt. was born after 1710.2 He was the son of Sir John Clerk of Penicuik, 2nd Bt. and Janet Inglis.3 He married Dorothea Clerk-Maxwell, daughter of William Clerk-Maxwell and Agnes Maxwell.3 He died on 29 January 1784.3 He died intestate and his estate was administered in April 1796.2
He was Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer of the Exchequer.3 He was a Commissioner of Customs.3 He was a trustee for the improvement of fisheries and manufactures of Scotland.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Clerk, of Penicuik, Edinburgh [N.S., 1679] on 6 February 1782.3

Cecilia Barbara Craigie was born on 4 November 1815.2 She was the daughter of Laurence Craigie of Glendoick.1 She married Benjamin Bell of Blackethouse, son of Joseph Bell of Blackethouse and Roberta Craigie, on 15 October 1835 at Glendoick House, Perthshire, Scotland.1 She died on 28 April 1882 at age 66 at 18 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
