Sir St. Aubyn Hender Molesworth-St. Aubyn, 12th Bt. and Caroline Wheler, on 22 October 1902 at St. George's Hanover Square, London, England^G.^5,2 She died on 6 February 1946 at age 85 at Warsash, Hampshire, England^G.²

     Lt.-Cdr. Nigel Kenneth Walter Barttelot was born on 9 April 1883 at Coates Castle, Fittleworth, Sussex, England^G.^2,3 He was the son of Major Sir Walter George Barttelot, 2nd Bt. and Georgiana Mary Balfour.¹ He married Dorothy Maud Kay, daughter of Frederick Aldcroft Kay and Edith Crosland, on 10 January 1906 at St. George's Hanover Square, London, England^G.^2,3 He died on 28 August 1914 at age 31, killed in action off Heligoland.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy, in command of H.M.S. Liberty.¹ He was Grave and memorials unvieled in 1919 at Stopham and Holy Trinity Brompton.³

     Dorothy Maud Kay was born on 30 June 1883.² She was the daughter of Frederick Aldcroft Kay and Edith Crosland.^1,2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Cdr. Nigel Kenneth Walter Barttelot, son of Major Sir Walter George Barttelot, 2nd Bt. and Georgiana Mary Balfour, on 10 January 1906 at St. George's Hanover Square, London, England^G.^3,4 She married, secondly, Vice-Admiral Sir Frank Forrester Rose, son of William Sanderson Beaumont Gardner and Martha Gardner, on 14 July 1923 at St. Martins in the Fields, London, England^G.⁴ She died on 2 March 1961 at age 77.¹ She was also reported to have died on 21 May 1961 at Chelsea, London, England^G.⁴
     From 10 January 1906, her married name became Barttelot.¹ From 14 July 1923, her married name became Rose.¹ She lived in 1950 at 117 Cranmer Court, Chelsea, London, England^G.⁴

     Frederick Aldcroft Kay was born in March 1855 at Eccles, Lancashire, England^G.^2,3,4 He was the son of Robert Henry Kay and Eliza Phillips.⁴ He married Edith Crosland, daughter of Charles Crosland and Eliza Thornton, in September 1882 at Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England^G.⁴ He and Edith Crosland were divorced in 1897 at London, England^G, Archive Kew.⁴ He died on 30 June 1905 at age 50 at 183 Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill, London, England^G.⁴
