Wilmot Vaughan, 3rd Viscount Lisburne was born after 1695. He was the son of John Vaughan, 1st Viscount Lisburne and Lady Malet Wilmot.2 He married Elizabeth Watson, daughter of Thomas Watson, in December 1727.3 He died on 4 February 1766 at Crosswood, Cardiganshire, WalesG.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Lisburne, co. Antrim [I., 1695] on 15 January 1740/41.4 He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Vaughan, Baron of Fethard, co. Tipperary [I., 1695] on 15 January 1740/41.4 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Cardiganshire between 1744 and 1769.4

John Vaughan, 1st Viscount Lisburne was born circa 1670.1 He was the son of Edward Vaughan and Letitia Hooker.2 He married Lady Malet Wilmot, daughter of John Wilmot, 2nd Earl of Rochester and Elizabeth Malet, on 18 August 1692 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 20 March 1720/21.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Cardiganshire between 1694 and 1698.2 He was created 1st Lord Vaughan, Baron of Fethard, co. Tipperary [Ireland] on 5 June 1695.2 He was created 1st Viscount Lisburne, co. Antrim [Ireland] on 5 June 1695.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Cardiganshire in 1714.2
