     Elene de la Roche is the daughter of Thomas de la Roche and Elizabeth of Bermingham.2 She married, firstly, Sir Edmund Ferrers, 5th Lord Ferrers (of Chartley) before 1435.1 She married, secondly, Sir Philip Chetwynd, son of Richard Chetwynd and Thomasina Frodsham, in 1438.1
     She was also known as Alienor.2 From before 1435, her married name became de Ferrers.2 From 1438, her married name became Chetwynd.

     He gained the title of 5th Lord Ferrers, of Chartley [E., 1299].
