     Sir Thomas Aston, 4th Bt. was born circa 1705.2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington.2 He married Rebecca Shishe, daughter of John Shishe, in March 1735/36.2 He died circa February 1743/44 at FranceG, without issue.2 He was buried on 17 February 1743/44 at Aston, Cheshire, EnglandG.3 He died intestate and his estate was administered to his mother Dame Catharine Ashton, widow on 11 May 1744.3
     He matriculated at Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 1 March 1721/22.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Aston, of Aston [in the parish of Runcorn], co. Chester [E., 1628] on 16 December 1725.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Liverpool between May 1729 and 1734.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Albans between 1734 and 1741.2

     Rebecca Shishe was born on 25 November 1717.1 She was the daughter of John Shishe.1 She married Sir Thomas Aston, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington, in March 1735/36.1 She died on 16 May 1737 at age 19.1 She was buried at Aston, Cheshire, EnglandG.2
     From March 1735/36, her married name became Aston.1

     Catherine Aston is the daughter of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington.1 She married Rev. Hon. Henry Hervey-Aston, son of John Hervey, 1st Earl of Bristol and Elizabeth Felton, on 2 March 1730.2
     In 1725 she inherited Aston Hall and other estates from her brother, Thomas.1 From 2 March 1730, her married name became Hervey-Aston.2

     Rev. Hon. Henry Hervey-Aston was born on 5 January 1700/1.2 He is the son of John Hervey, 1st Earl of Bristol and Elizabeth Felton.2 He married Catherine Aston, daughter of Sir Thomas Aston, 3rd Bt. and Catharine Widdrington, on 2 March 1730.2
     He was given the name of Henry Hervey at birth.1 His name was legally changed to Henry Hervey-Aston by Act of Parliament.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1
