     Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1630.¹ He was the son of Sir John Ashfield, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Sutton.¹ He married, firstly, unknown Rogers, daughter of Sir Richard Rogers, before 1654.¹ He married, secondly, Dorcas Hore, daughter of James Hore, on 20 February 1673/74.¹ He died circa 1684.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Ashfield, of Harkestead Hetherhall, co. Suffolk [E., 1626] in 1635.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire from 1668 to 1669.¹

     Sir Richard Minshall married Elizabeth Sutton, daughter of Sir Richard Sutton, on 12 November 1655 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, England^G.¹

     unknown Rogers was the daughter of Sir Richard Rogers.¹ She married Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Ashfield, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Sutton, before 1654.¹
     From before 1654, her married name became Ashfield.¹

     Sir Richard Rogers lived at Eastwood, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Dorcas Hore is the daughter of James Hore.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Ashfield, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Sutton, on 20 February 1673/74.¹
     Her married name became Burchett.¹ From 20 February 1673/74, her married name became Ashfield.¹

     James Hore was employed in the Mint at Tower of London, The City, London, England^G.¹

     Sir John Ashfield, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 8 December 1654 at Hilledean, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. and unknown Rogers.¹ He married Anne Hore, daughter of James Hore.¹ He died circa February 1713/14.¹ He was buried on 9 March 1713/14 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Ashfield, of Harkestead Hetherhall, co. Suffolk [E., 1626] circa 1684.¹
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Anne Hore was the daughter of James Hore.¹ She married Sir John Ashfield, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. and unknown Rogers.¹ She died circa December 1702.¹ She was buried on 13 December 1702 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Ashfield.¹

     Richard Ashfield was born circa 1655.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. and unknown Rogers.¹ He and Mary (?) obtained a marriage license on 26 December 1677.¹
     He matriculated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 27 February 1673/74.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1682 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.¹
