     Caroline Anne Gordon was born circa 1826.2 She was the daughter of Michael Frances Gordon, 15th of Abergeldie and Caroline Swete.1 She married Lt.-Col. Edmund Prideaux St. Aubyn, son of Robert Thomas St. Aubyn and Frances Fleming St. John, in 1854.1 She died in 1892 at Paddington, London, EnglandG.2
     From 1854, her married name became St. Aubyn.1

     Lt.-Col. Edmund Prideaux St. Aubyn was baptised on 24 July 1820 at Powick, Westmorland, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Robert Thomas St. Aubyn and Frances Fleming St. John.2 He married Caroline Anne Gordon, daughter of Michael Frances Gordon, 15th of Abergeldie and Caroline Swete, in 1854.1 He died in 1903 at Paddington, London, EnglandG.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Madras Army.1

     Admiral Robert Gordon, 16th of Abergeldie was born on 7 September 1796.1 He was the son of David Gordon, 14th of Abergeldie and Anne Biddulph.1 He died on 18 February 1869 at age 72, without issue.1
     He fought in the bombardment of Algiers in 1816.1 He gained the rank of Admiral in the Royal Navy.1 He lived at Deptford, Stroud, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

     Susan Swete was the daughter of Reverend John Swete and Charlotte Beaumont.1 She married Adam Gordon, son of David Gordon, 14th of Abergeldie and Anne Biddulph, on 8 November 1825.1 She died on 21 March 1861.1
     From 8 November 1825, her married name became Gordon.1

     Lt.-Col. Hugh Mackay Gordon, 17th of Abergeldie was born on 24 September 1826.1 He was the son of Adam Gordon and Susan Swete.1 He married Susan Amelia Sams, daughter of Charles Hewit Sams, on 19 March 1859.1 He died on 19 March 1901 at age 74, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Queen's Own (Royal) West Kent Regiment.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Queen's Own (Royal) West Kent Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for London.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.1
