     Georgette Susan Gregorie was born in 1799 at Dunkirk, FranceG.2 She was the daughter of George Theodore Gregorie and Susan Christian.2 She married Samuel Christian, son of Joseph Christian and Margaret Wattleworth, on 28 July 1818 in a Dunkirk, France marriage.2 She died in 1879 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2
     From 28 July 1818, her married name became Christian.3

     George Christian was born in 1825 at MaltaG.2 He was the son of Samuel Christian and Georgette Susan Gregorie.1 He married Sarah Mary Bainbrigge, daughter of General Sir Philip Bainbrigge and Sarah Mary Fletcher, in 1855.1 He died in 1903.1
     In 1851 he was sent to Ceylon by Bates & Baring and returned to England 15 years later a rich man.2

     Susan Christian was born in 1820 at Amsterdam, The NetherlandsG.2 She was the daughter of Samuel Christian and Georgette Susan Gregorie.3 She married Captain Frederick Holland, son of Swinton Colthurst Holland and Anna Willetts, in 1842.1 She died in 1844, without issue.1
     From 1842, her married name became Holland.1

     He was a banker at MaltaG.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)2 He lived at MaltaG.3 He also had twin sons who died in infancy.4

     From circa 1844, her married name became Hunter.1 From circa 1849, her married name became Holland.1

     Admiral Henry Christian was born in 1828 at MaltaG.1,2 He was the son of Samuel Christian and Georgette Susan Gregorie.1 He married Emily Margaret Moore, daughter of James Moore and Mary Statter, in 1865.1,2 He died on 10 June 1916 at Heighthorne, the Park, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.3,2
     He was commissioned in 1841 with the rank of Midshipman, in the service of the Royal Navy on board H.M.S. Italia, on the China Station.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1849, on H.M.S. Wolverine.4 He was captain of the H.M.S. Bloodhound in 1852.4 He was captain of the H.M.S. Rifleman in February 1857.4 He was captain of the H.M.S. Euryalis, with the future Duke of Edinburgh circa 1859.4 He subsequently commanded the Royal Yacht for a considerable period, but the dates are unknown.4 He gained the rank of Post Captain in 1863.4
     In May 1864 four young Post-Captains, lead by Captain, later Admiral, Augustus Charles Hobart-Hampden, with Henry as second in command, chartereda 400 ton steamer to run the American blockade of Nassau. After enjoying considerable success for a while, they were finally captured by the Americans and returned to England around the end of the same year. This story is dealt with at length in Admiral Hobart-Hampden's memoirs, "Leaves From My Life" (Longmans Green & Co, 1886.)4 He retired from the military circa 1865.2 He held the office of Chief Constable of Gloucestershire between July 1865 and 1 April 1910, a position that he filled with distinction.4 He gained the rank of Rear Admiral on 31 December 1878.4 He gained the rank of Vice Admiral on 30 October 1884.4 He gained the rank of Admiral.4 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.)4
