     Beatrix van Hemmema was born in 1600.¹ She was the daughter of Sijerck van Hemmema.² She married Robert de Vere, 19th Earl of Oxford, son of Hugh de Vere and Eleanor Walsh, before 1626.² She died in 1655.¹
     After her marriage, Beatrix van Hemmema was styled as Countess of Oxford on 5 April 1626.

     Diana Kirke is the daughter of George Kirke and Mary Townshend.^2,3 She married Aubrey de Vere, 20th Earl of Oxford, son of Robert de Vere, 19th Earl of Oxford and Beatrix van Hemmema, before 12 April 1673.²
     After her marriage, Diana Kirke was styled as Countess of Oxford.

     Hon. Anne Bayning was born on 1 May 1637.¹ She was the daughter of Paul Bayning, 2nd Viscount Bayning of Sudbury and Penelope Naunton.¹ She married Aubrey de Vere, 20th Earl of Oxford, son of Robert de Vere, 19th Earl of Oxford and Beatrix van Hemmema, on 18 June 1647.¹ She died on 14 September 1659 at age 22, without issue.^1,3 She was buried on 27 September 1659 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹
     After her marriage, Hon. Anne Bayning was styled as Countess of Oxford on 18 June 1647.

     Lady Bridget Bertie was born on 6 June 1629. She was the daughter of Montagu Bertie, 2nd Earl of Lindsey and Martha Cokayne.¹ She married Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds, son of Sir Edward Osborne, 1st Bt. and Anne Walmesley, in 1651.² She died on 7 January 1704 at age 74.
     Her married name became Osborne. After her marriage, Lady Bridget Bertie was styled as Viscountess Oseborne of Dunblane on 2 February 1673. After her marriage, Lady Bridget Bertie was styled as Countess of Danby on 27 June 1674. After her marriage, Lady Bridget Bertie was styled as Marchioness of Carmarthen on 9 April 1689. After her marriage, Lady Bridget Bertie was styled as Duchess of Leeds on 4 March 1694.

     Peregrine Osborne, 2nd Duke of Leeds was born circa 1659. He was the son of Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds and Lady Bridget Bertie.¹ He married Bridget Hyde, daughter of Sir Thomas Hyde, 2nd Bt., on 25 April 1682.¹ He died on 25 June 1729.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Oseborne of Dunblane [S., 1673] on 5 December 1674, after his father surrendered it in his favour.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Osborne of Kiveton, co.      Bridget Hyde was born circa 1662. She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Hyde, 2nd Bt.¹ She married Peregrine Osborne, 2nd Duke of Leeds, son of Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds and Lady Bridget Bertie, on 25 April 1682.² She died on 8 March 1733/34.
     Her married name became Osborne. After her marriage, Bridget Hyde was styled as Duchess of Leeds on 26 July 1712.

     Peregrine Hyde Osborne, 3rd Duke of Leeds was born on 11 November 1691.¹ He was the son of Peregrine Osborne, 2nd Duke of Leeds and Bridget Hyde.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Harley, daughter of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford and Elizabeth Foley, on 16 December 1712.¹ He married, secondly, Lady Anne Seymour, daughter of Charles Seymour, 6th Duke of Somerset and Lady Elizabeth Percy, on 17 September 1719.¹ He married, thirdly, Juliana Hele, daughter of Roger Hele and Juliana Prestwood, on 9 April 1725.¹ He died on 9 May 1731 at age 39.¹

     Lady Elizabeth Harley was the daughter of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford and Elizabeth Foley.¹ She married Peregrine Hyde Osborne, 3rd Duke of Leeds, son of Peregrine Osborne, 2nd Duke of Leeds and Bridget Hyde, on 16 December 1712.¹ She died on 20 November 1713.
     Her married name became Osborne.

     Juliana Hele was baptised on 1 May 1706 at South Pool, Devon, England.^3,4 She was the daughter of Roger Hele and Juliana Prestwood.^1,4 She married, firstly, Peregrine Hyde Osborne, 3rd Duke of Leeds, son of Peregrine Osborne, 2nd Duke of Leeds and Bridget Hyde, on 9 April 1725.¹ She married, secondly, Charles Colyear, 2nd Earl of Portmore, son of David Colyear, 1st Earl of Portmore and Catherine Sedley, Countess of Dorchester, on 7 October 1732. She died on 20 November 1794 at age 88 at Stratford Place, Marylebone, London, England.³
     Her married name became Osborne. After her marriage, Juliana Hele was styled as Duchess of Leeds on 25 July 1729. From 7 October 1732, her married name became Colyear. After her marriage, Juliana Hele was styled as Countess of Portmore on 7 October 1732.

     Francis Godolphin Osborne, 5th Duke of Leeds was born on 29 January 1750/51.¹ He was the son of Thomas Osborne, 4th Duke of Leeds and Lady Mary Godolphin.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Amelia Darcy, daughter of Robert Darcy, 4th Earl of Holderness and Mary Doublet, on 29 November 1773 at London, England^G.¹ He and Lady Amelia Darcy were divorced in May 1779.¹ He married, secondly, Catherine Anguish, daughter of Thomas Anguish, on 11 October 1788.¹ He died on 31 January 1799 at age 48.¹
     He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.)¹ He held the office of Foreign Secretary between 1783 and 1789.^1,3 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Osborne, of Kiveton, co.
