     Elizabeth Chichester was born on 17 March 1799.1,2 She was the daughter of Lord Spencer Stanley Chichester and Lady Anne Harriet Stewart.1 She married William Bateman-Hanbury, 1st Baron Bateman of Shobdon, son of William Hanbury and Charlotte Packe, on 16 August 1822 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 19 September 1882 at age 83 at 36 Great Cumberland Place, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1
     From 16 August 1822, her married name became Hanbury. After her marriage, Elizabeth Chichester was styled as Baroness Bateman of Shobdon on 30 January 1837. From 14 February 1837, her married name became Bateman-Hanbury.1

     Lord Spencer Stanley Chichester was born on 20 April 1775.2 He was the son of Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall and Lady Anne Hamilton.3,2 He married Lady Anne Harriet Stewart, daughter of John Stewart, 7th Earl of Galloway and Anne Dashwood, on 8 August 1795.2 He died on 22 February 1819 at age 43.2
     He lived at Fisherwick, Staffordshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Dunbrody Park, County Wexford, IrelandG.2

     Lady Anne Harriet Stewart was born circa 1770.3 She was the daughter of John Stewart, 7th Earl of Galloway and Anne Dashwood.1,2 She married Lord Spencer Stanley Chichester, son of Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall and Lady Anne Hamilton, on 8 August 1795.3 She died on 30 January 1850.3
     From 8 August 1795, her married name became Chichester.3

William Spencer Bateman-Hanbury, 3rd Baron Bateman of Shobdon1

     William Spencer Bateman-Hanbury, 3rd Baron Bateman of Shobdon was born on 30 September 1856.1 He was the son of William Bateman-Hanbury, 2nd Baron Bateman of Shobdon and Agnes Burrell Kerrison.1 He married Marion Alice Graham, daughter of James Jeffrey Graham, on 23 July 1904 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 4 November 1931 at age 75, without issue.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Life Guards.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Bateman of Shobdon, co. Hereford [U.K., 1837] on 30 November 1901.1
     On his death, the Barony Bateman of Shobdon became extinct.1
