     Friedrich Karl Herzog von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck was born on 20 August 1757.2 He was the son of Karl Anton August Herzog von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck and Friederike Gräfin von Dohna-Schlobitten-Leistenau.1,3 He married Friederike Amalie Gräfin von Schlieben, daughter of Karl Leopold Graf von Schlieben and Marie Eleanore Gräfin von Lehndorff, on 9 March 1780.3 He died on 25 March 1816 at age 58 at WellingsbuttelG.2
     He gained the title of Herzog von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck.3

     Frederik Wilhelm Paul Leopold Herzog zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg was born on 4 January 1785 at Lindenau, Königsberg, Prussia, RussiaG.2,3 He was the son of Friedrich Karl Herzog von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck and Friederike Amalie Gräfin von Schlieben.1,4 He married Luise Karoline Prinzessin von Hessen-Kassel, daughter of Karl Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel and Louise Oldenburg, Princess of Denmark, on 28 January 1810 at GottorpG.2 He died on 27 February 1831 at age 46 at GottorpG.2
     He gained the title of Herzog von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck in 1816. He gained the rank of Major-General in the Danish Army.3 He gained the title of Herzog zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg in 1825.2

He died on 19 July 1702 at age 30 at Klisson, PolandG, killed.
     He gained the title of Duke of Holstein-Gottorp.3

     Karl XIII von Holstein-Gottorp, King of Sweden was born on 7 October 1748 at Stockholm, SwedenG.2 He was the son of Adolf Frederik I von Holstein-Gottorp, King of Sweden and Luise Ulrike Prinzessin von Preußen.1 He married Hedwige Elisabeth Charlotte Oldenburg, Princess of Oldenburg, daughter of Friedrich August Oldenburg, Grand Duke of Oldenburg and Ulrike Friederike Wilhelmine Prinzessin von Hessen-Kassel, on 7 July 1774 at Stockholm, SwedenG.1 He died on 5 February 1818 at age 69 at Stockholm, SwedenG.2
     He gained the title of Prince Carl of Sweden.2 He held the office of Regent of Sweden between 29 March 1792 and 6 June 1809.2 He and Hedwige Elisabeth Charlotte Oldenburg, Princess of Oldenburg were adopted. He died on 21 May 1829 at age 74 at Wiesbaden, Hessen, GermanyG.1
     He gained the title of Herzog von Oldenburg in 1803.1 He gained the title of Grand Duke Peter I of Oldenburg on 9 June 1815.2
