     Neil, 2nd Earl of Carrick was born circa 1202. He was the son of Duncan, 1st Earl of Carrick. He married Margaret Stewart, daughter of Walter Stewart, 3rd High Steward of Scotland and Beatrix of Angus, in 1234.² He died in 1256.²
     He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Carrick [S., c. 1186] on 13 June 1250.² He held the office of Regent of Scotland on 20 September 1255, and Guardian of King Alexander III.²

     Aymer de Valence was the son of Hugues X de Lusignan, Comte de La Marche and Isabella d'Angoulême.² He died in 1260.¹
     He held the office of Bishop of Winchester.

     Isabella de Lusignan was the daughter of Hugues X de Lusignan, Comte de La Marche and Isabella d'Angoulême.¹ She married Goeffrey de Taillebourg , Signeur de Taillebourg.² She married Amaury, Signeur de Craon.² She died in 1299.²

     Charles George Guy Perceval was the son of Lt.-Col. Alexander Perceval and Jane Anne L'Estrange.¹

     Geoffrey le Brun, Lord of Jarnac was the son of Hugues X de Lusignan, Comte de La Marche and Isabella d'Angoulême.² He married Jeanne de Châtellérault, Vicomtesse de Châtellérault, daughter of Aimey de Châtellérault, Vicomte de Châtellérault and Agathe de Dammartin.¹ He died before 1263.¹
     He gained the title of Lord of Jarnac.¹

     Margaret de Lusignan was the daughter of Hugues X de Lusignan, Comte de La Marche and Isabella d'Angoulême.² She married Raimond VII, Comte de Toulouse, son of Raimond VI, Comte de Toulouse and Joan Plantagenet, between 1241 and 1245.¹ She and Raimond VII, Comte de Toulouse were divorced in 1245.³ She married Aymer de Thouars, Viscount of Thoaurs after 1245.³ She married Geoffrey de Châteaubriand, Signeur de Châteaubriand.³ She died in 1283.³
     She was also known as Marguerite de la Marche.

     John Lane was born in November 1723.¹ He was the son of Thomas Lane and Anne Austen.¹ He married Sarah Fowler, daughter of Richard Fowler.¹ He died on 28 June 1782 at age 58.¹
     He sold Bentley Hall in 1748.¹ He was a practising attorney-at-law.¹ He lived at King Street, Covent Garden, London, England.¹ He lived at Bentley Hall, Staffordshire, England^G.²

     Agatha le Brun is the daughter of Hugues X de Lusignan, Comte de La Marche and Isabella d'Angoulême.¹ She married William de Chauvigny , Signeur de Châteauroux.²
     She was also known as Agnes le Brun.

     Bohemond di Sicilia, Duca d'Apulia was born in 1181.² He was the son of Guglielmo II di Sicilia, Re di Sicilia and Joan Plantagenet.¹ He died in 1181.²
     He gained the title of Duca d'Apulia.²

     Raimond VI, Comte de Toulouse was born on 27 October 1156. He was the son of Raimond V, Comte de Toulouse and Constance de Toulouse.^2,1 He married Joan Plantagenet, daughter of Henry II 'Curtmantle' d'Anjou, King of England and Eleanor, Duchesse d'Aquitaine, in October 1196 at Rouen, Caux, France^G.³ He married Ermensinda de Pelet.¹ He married Beatrice de Beziers.¹ He married unknown of Cyprus, Princess of Cyprus.¹ He and unknown of Cyprus, Princess of Cyprus were divorced.¹ He married Eleanor de Aragón, daughter of Alfonso II Raimond, Rey de Aragón and Sanchia de Castilla, in 1202.⁴ He died on 2 August 1222 at age 65.²
     He succeeded as the Comte de Toulouse in 1194.²
