Eveline Mary Broad was the daughter of Herman Usticke Pender.1 She married Lt.-Col. Hon. Neville Albert Hood, son of Francis Wheler Hood, 4th Viscount Hood of Whitley and Edith Lydia Drummond Ward, on 30 April 1908.2 She died on 31 March 1967.2

Lt.-Col. Hon. Neville Albert Hood was born on 4 October 1872.1 He was the son of Francis Wheler Hood, 4th Viscount Hood of Whitley and Edith Lydia Drummond Ward.2 He married Eveline Mary Broad, daughter of Herman Usticke Pender, on 30 April 1908.1 He died on 24 January 1948 at age 75.1
He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Garrison Artillery.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Cornwall.1
