Sir Douglas Edward Scott, 7th Bt. was born on 2 February 1863.2 He was the son of Edward Scott and Helen Coupland.3 He married Florence Ada Wilderman, daughter of W. Wilderman, on 11 December 1899.2 He died on 22 August 1951 at age 88.2
He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Scott, of Great Barr, co. Stafford [U.K., 1806] on 8 March 1905.2 He was Rector between 1913 and 1914 at Teffont Ewyas, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.2 In 1918 he was found guilty of bigamy.4
