     Sir John Duncan Orr-Lewis, 2nd Bt. was born on 21 February 1898.¹ He was the son of Sir Frederick Orr Orr-Lewis, 1st Bt. and Maude Helen Mary Booth.¹ He married, secondly, Doris Blanche Lee, daughter of Charles Edward Lee, on 19 January 1929.¹ He and Doris Blanche Lee were divorced in 1936.¹ He married, thirdly, Phyllis Ann Maitland Bibby, daughter of William John Bibby, on 9 March 1940.¹ He and Phyllis Ann Maitland Bibby were divorced in 1949.¹ He married, fourthly, Anna Filipoff, daughter of P. Filipoff, in 1950.¹ He married, firstly, Marjory Milne, daughter of James Milne, on 24 March 1921.¹ He died on 13 November 1980 at age 82.²
     Sir John Duncan Orr-Lewis, 2nd Bt. usually went by his middle name of Duncan.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Orr-Lewis, of Whitewebb Park, Enfield, Middlesex [U.K., 1920] on 18 November 1921.¹ On his death his baronetcy became extinct.²
