Sir Charles Archibald Nicholson, 2nd Bt. was born on 27 April 1867.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Nicholson, 1st Bt. and Sarah Elizabeth Keightley.1 He married, firstly, Evelyn Louise Olivier, daughter of Reverend Henry Arnold Olivier and Anne Elizabeth Hardcastle Arnould, on 1 October 1895.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Maud Warren, daughter of Luckham Warren, on 10 June 1931.1 He died on 4 March 1949 at age 81.1
He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1890 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1893 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Nicholson, of Luddenham, New South Wales [U.K., 1859] on 8 November 1903.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institute of British Architects (F.R.I.B.A.)1

Sir John Charles Nicholson, 3rd Bt. was born on 10 January 1904.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Archibald Nicholson, 2nd Bt. and Evelyn Louise Olivier.1 He married Caroline Elizabeth MacNeice, daughter of Rt. Rev. John Frederick MacNeice, on 18 October 1928.1 He died on 16 March 1986 at age 82.2
