     Thomas Harlackenden was born on 28 September 1624.¹ He was the son of Walter Harlackenden and Pauline Colepeper.¹ He married, firstly, Philippa Colepeper, daughter of John Colepeper, 1st Lord Colepeper, Baron of Thoresway and Judith Colepeper.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Strode, daughter of Sir George Strode, on 9 September 1652.¹ He died in July 1689 at age 64.¹
     He was educated at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maidstone in 1668.¹

     Walter Harlackenden married Pauline Colepeper, daughter of Sir Thomas Colepeper.¹ He died in 1628.¹
     He lived at Woodchurch, Kent, England.¹
