     Sir William Wilson, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir William Wilson, 1st Bt. and Mary Haddon.¹ He married Ricarda Peacock, daughter of Richard Peacock, in 1680.¹ He died on 26 December 1718.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Wilson, of East Borne, Sussex [E., 1661] on 9 December 1685.¹

     Ricarda Peacock was the daughter of Richard Peacock.¹ She married Sir William Wilson, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Wilson, 1st Bt. and Mary Haddon, in 1680.¹ She died circa 28 February 1686.¹ She was buried on 1 March 1686.¹
     From 1680, her married name became Wilson.¹
