     Hon. Edith Elizabeth Loch was born on 16 November 1874.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Brougham Loch, 1st Baron Loch and Elizabeth Villiers.¹ She married Colonel Maxwell Earle on 20 September 1900.¹ She died on 10 May 1947 at age 72.¹
     From 20 September 1900, her married name became Earle.¹
